Manufacturing & Quality
Our forged wheel solutions are produced with T6061-T6 aluminum and 10,000-ton forged blanks, supported by CNC machining and flexible customization for different fitment, design, and finish requirements.
Our manufacturing resources include more than 60 CNC machines. Quality checks such as dynamic balancing, roundness inspection, and air leakage testing are carried out to help ensure production consistency before delivery.
