Quality Control Throughout Production
Quality control starts before machining and continues throughout production. Each wheel is produced according to the confirmed specifications and reviewed at key stages before shipment.
Specification Confirmation
Wheel size, width, PCD, offset, center bore, design, finish, and other project details are confirmed before production.
Forged Material
6061-T6 forged aluminum blanks are used as the basis for RimPower custom forged wheel production.
Precision Machining
CNC machining follows the confirmed design and specifications to control key dimensions and wheel geometry.
Final Inspection
Finished wheels are checked for applicable dimensions, runout, balance, appearance, and other confirmed requirements before packing.
What We Check Before Shipment
Before packing and shipment, finished wheels are inspected according to the confirmed specifications and applicable quality requirements.

Structural or surface damage caused by external impact, improper use, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification or repair, or other non-manufacturing factors is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty claims are reviewed based on the actual wheel condition, order information, and applicable warranty terms.
How Warranty Claims Are Reviewed
When a warranty issue is reported, our team reviews the product condition, order information, and relevant production or inspection records before confirming the appropriate handling.
01 — Issue Submission
The customer provides the order information together with clear photos, videos, and a description of the reported issue.
02 — Initial Review
Our team reviews the wheel condition, installation information, usage situation, and the reported problem.
03 — Technical Verification
Confirmed specifications, production information, and available inspection records are checked where necessary.
04 — After-Sales Handling
The issue is handled according to the review result and the applicable warranty terms.
Important Warranty Conditions
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing-related issues under normal use, correct installation, and proper maintenance.
Not Covered — Structural Damage:Damage caused by external impact, improper installation or use, unauthorized modification or repair, or other human-related factors is not covered by the warranty.
Not Covered — Finish Damage:For finish-related claims, scratches, impact damage, improper cleaning, chemical damage, and other human-caused surface damage are not covered.
